Review of 2017

 

 

 

From launching our brand new website through to sponsoring a local grassroots football team, we’ve had a busy year here at Airwright Midland.  As we prepare for the new year and all the exciting things to come, we want to take a moment to celebrate some of the highlights of 2017!

We started the year with a host of new contracts,and have been working across the Midlands this year on a whole range of projects, primarily working with housebuilders including Taylor Wimpey, Spitfire Bespoke Homes and Bovis. It is always satisfying to see a project coming to an end, and our contribution towards building hundreds of beautiful new homes.

As well as the day-to day delivery of scaffolding solutions for our clients, we have also been busy raising money for our 2017 charity of the year, Acorn’s Hospice, and supporting a local kids football team, with new kits.  Our managing director, Ben Wright, ran the Birmingham Marathon in aid of Acorns Hospice, and at the end of the year we were able to donate over £800 to the charity.

We were also hugely proud of the awards our company and our staff won in 2017, including ‘Pride in the Job’ and ‘best Contractor’ awards from NHBC for a number of sites our teams worked on.   We also passed our NASC audit, and renewed our memberships and accreditations with Constructionline, Worksafe and CHAS.

Overall, 2017 was a great year for Airwright Midland, and we look forward to an exciting 2018!
